How does the bespoke process work?
Every piece begins with a private consultation, where we discuss your ideas, sketch the design, take your measurements and select the fabric. Your piece is then refined over fittings, usually three, before delivery.
How long does a piece take?
Most pieces are ready in about ten days. Intricate designs take longer, and we will discuss timing with you at your consultation.
Do you share prices online?
Every piece is made to order, so pricing depends on the design, fabric and detail. We discuss this with you privately at your consultation.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own fabric. We also source silks, lace, velvet, wool, linen, cotton, leather and denim.
Do you offer home consultations?
Yes. Our VIP home consultations are available within Dubai at AED 300 per hour. Styling advice is part of every consultation.
Do you alter designer pieces?
Yes. We offer luxury alterations and repairs on pieces from any designer, and we can reimagine heirloom pieces, such as a mother's or grandmother's dress.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in stages: 50% at your first meeting, 25% at your first fitting and 25% on delivery. We accept card, bank transfer, cash and payment link. We only take payment once you are completely sure; once paid, pieces are not refundable.
What if something needs adjusting after delivery?
If you notice a workmanship issue, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will put it right.
Do you work with international clients?
International clients are welcome: we begin with a private video consultation and complete fittings in Dubai. We do not ship internationally; a UAE courier can be arranged at the client's cost.
Can I visit the atelier?
Our atelier is private and visits are by appointment only. Consultations run Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm to 7pm, at Villa 29, St 33B, Al Barsha 3, Dubai.
